I found this recipe somewhere and I like sharing so here is a bread recipe.

200 gram malt/grains (left overs from making mash)
200 ML beer
400 gram flour
4 gram salt
1 tsp olive oil
1 pack bread yeast

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the beer and olive oil and its time to Knead it very well.
Put the dough in a bowl and cover this with a wet cloth and leave this for 1.5/2 hours to rise in a warm spot.
After the dough has risen then give it a good short knead and leave it again for half an hour.

let your oven warm at 200 dgr and put your bread in and bake this for about an hour. After an hour check if your bread
is ready by knocking on it. The bread should make a hollow sound.

Let the bread cool and enjoy with some cheese and a good glass of beer.

Interesting idea. Have you had a go with it?

I am planning to do some brewing in the new years weekend. I ordered some new 12 liter bottles to do 10 liter brews but they have not arrived yet. But I will give it a go that weekend and planning to make some bread with different kinds of beer and different kinds of four. I will post my adventures :D

I had a go a few days ago with making bread but could not get the inside done. Its probably my combi microwave that is not realy up to the task of making bread.. I have to google around how I should program my oven to make bread.

I have tasted a bit from the crust and it tasted realy good.. But I threw it away because even after two hours the inside was still not done.. I have saved some of the grains in the fridge for later experiments :)
